Lines Leading Home: Branding Latitude at Presidio

Our client, the NRP Group, is busy as ever, creating beautiful new properties in growing cities throughout the country. Recently, Banowetz + Company named and branded NRP's newest offering, a luxury apartment community in a mixed-use development located in Cedar Park, Texas, on the north side of Austin. Taking inspiration from the structure's modern facade and strong linear features, we landed on the name "Latitude." Complementing the linear theme, we designed a logotype that was strong, yet understated. Brand colors, colored paper and metallic inks were chosen to reflect the contrasting neutrals of the property, bringing a natural quality and earthy tones into the collateral. The end result was a clean aesthetic that added sophistication to an already stunning community.

Fin Ewing Rocks The Rustic

Recently, our good friend and client, Fin Ewing, threw a party at The Rustic in Dallas, and performed his first concert with his band Fin Ewing and the Wrong Direction. Alongside him were special guests Larry Gatlin, Ricky Cavender and Ronny Duwe. We had the pleasure of developing the branding and promotional materials for the event. The culmination of these efforts was an audience of over 1,900 attendees, and a venue full of dancing and good times. Lofty Branding for Main Street Lofts

Banowetz + Company just finalized a branding package for Main Street Lofts, a new residential development by The NRP Group in Mansfield’s Historic Downtown District. Main Street Lofts offers urban living with street-front loft apartments and live-work units, serving as a catalyst for growth in the area. Inspired by the traditional design and industrial elements of the property, the B+Co team developed a logo system that began with utilitarian typography in a solid containing shape and extended to multiple secondary stamp variations of the logo. Kraft and natural white papers were used in the stationery package, creating a collateral system that is industrial, tactile, and eye-catching.
