Banowetz + Company recently completed a brand overhaul for T45, a bar-forward restaurant located at Hyatt Centric Times Square in the heart of New York City. Previously branded as a Midtown diner, the creative team at Banowetz worked with the staff at Hyatt to position T45 as a neighborhood gathering place, where all are welcome and where one can discover what's happening in the city. The new branding combines wayfinding elements with understated typography to create a clean, timeless look that is inclusive of locals and travelers alike. T45 is a spirited culinary adventure we hope you can experience the next time you're in the city.

Fresh for Spring: the NorthPark Luxury Book

Spring made its official debut with the completion of the spring 2017 NorthPark Center luxury book. Shot amid the stunning exhibition KAWS: Where the End Starts at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, it features a kaleidoscope of colors, graphic designs and bold patterns — both in the works of art and in the latest collections from the biggest names in fashion. Known for his larger-than-life and often humorous paintings, sculptures and drawings, KAWS borrows themes from popular culture that express a range of human emotions. The spring book continues NorthPark’s commitment to bringing the “Art of Shopping” to audiences everywhere. You can pick up your copy at NorthPark Center!

Contemporary Living, Ascended.

Recently, our client NRP Group gave us the opportunity to name and brand one of their new San Antonio properties. These contemporary multi-tenant luxury dwellings are perched in the hills of Cresta Bella, surrounded by scenic views of the Texas Hill Country. Thus, we named the property Ascent. The logo design is a modern and delicate reference to the ascension of a bird. We used a limited color palette which includes grey and a bright teal that references the teal-blue Texas sky the property sits against.

The stationery package features full-bleed swaths of color on light grey paper, and utilizes gold foil to further elevate each piece. The result is a clean, modern and unique aesthetic that pairs well with the property's open, elevated spaces. And since its completion, the logo and stationery package have been recognized with multiple design awards. We're quite proud of how it all turned out.
